History Expeditions

Discovering American West tales and trails

History Expeditions retraces the great journeys of the American West on foot, on the original ground and in the original season — the Forlorn Hope, the Donner relief parties, the Grosh brothers, Snowshoe Thompson, the Stephens-Townsend-Murphy party and Frémont’s winter crossing — to tell their stories where they happened.
